Dependencies

  Components 'pg_database' and 'mysql_database' requires third part libraries wich can be downloaded from postgre.org amd mysql.com. wxWidgets is used for parts of the MVC project. All other components can be built without any additional libraries. But these components requires windows.h for compilation under Windows and MinGW, and POSIX headers for compilation under Cygwin and Linux.
